A quiet & cozy spot in the heart of Bozeman, where you can read a book by the fire or sit outside, on the covered patio, and be amazed by the views of the Bridger Mountains. The valley offers many things to do in the winter AND the summer. Downhill skiing 15 miles away, cross county skiing right in town, ice climbing & snow shoeing are some winter activities. Water sports, amazing hike and trail system, fishing, rafting & mountain biking are some of our favorite summer activities. Our place offers a convenient place to springboard into many wonder activities in the Gallatin Valley. We have buses that can run you up to Big Sky Ski Resort or to Bridger Bowl. We have a garage if you prefer to drive your own vehicle on your Bozeman adventure! We are close to MSU for concerts, rodeos and sporting events. You will have access and use of the whole main level of the home. There is a second level that is locked off. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Second level will not be inhabited while you are renting the home. The second level will be locked off. We love to get to know our guests. Feel free to contact me during regular business hours. So keep an eye out for an email from meandwes@aol.com We are in a neighborhood of single family homes and town homes. There is a large, open space, right out the back door that you can go throw a frisbee in, or just hang out. There is park down the street for the kiddos. We are only a few minutes drive from down town. There you will find The Museum of the Rockies, fabulous restaurants, fantastic antique stores and many quaint little stores with items made/painted by local artists. We are only about 5 minutes from MSU. Most people drive in our area. If you prefer not to drive - we have lots of Uber and Lyft drivers. We also have a really good bus system. We have a few rules that will be on a contract that we will email you. They are very basic. We ask the names of the guests to be listed. The contract will have you acknowledge that there is to be no smoking anywhere on the property, no pets, and it will also show you how to gain access to the home. Very basic.
