Free Trolley stops at entrance about every 30 minutes that travels up and down the key all day. Rental age restrictions: -This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 28. - Unit is NOT suitable for infants or small children. - This is a no-pet property. -Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee. Pool Restrictions: - Children under the age of 12 MUST be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult.
