The second bedroom features a Queen-size bedroom, direct access and view to the pool area, and an en-suite half bathroom with access to the pool area. Each bedroom is equipped with a good quality mattress. The third bedroom is equipped with two twin-size beds. You will be required to sign a rental agreement and credit card authorization form, which can be done electronically. The minimum age to place a reservation is 25 years. Access to the home can be restricted if requirements are not completed. This property requires an energy contribution payment of $0.22 per KWh plus tax. A hold of $15 per day is required and will be placed on your card prior to your arrival. The actual amount will be charged after your stay based on your energy consumption. Holidays: No check-in nor check-out is available on December 24th, 25th, 31st, and January 1st. Please note it when placing your reservation. There is a $500 security deposit required.
