The fully-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, Stove, & Keurig Coffee Maker. Other amenities include a washer/dryer and barbecue located out back with over-sized table and sun umbrella. Great location off the key that's still close enough but without the traffic. You'll really love being able to walk to so many convenient places. You won't bored here. -Trash pick-up day is early every Wednesday morning of each week, unless interrupted by a Holiday (next day) Bring garbage and recycle bin to street Tuesday evening. -Garbage Can & Recycle bin are located along the side of the house: Blue for Plastics, Glass, Cans and Papers.
