There's free assigned parking onsite for one vehicle, in the event you're arriving by car. Also, when you drive around in town be aware of where you park as you may be in a metered parking spot in which case you'll need need to search for the meter to pay for your parking. The meters are in effect from Monday to Sunday, 10 am to 10 pm, except for official holidays. There are also public parking lots around town for a nominal fee by the hour/day. Luckily, however, the property is centrally located you won’t really need a car because everything is within walking distance. And for any activity further away, you can easily rent a bike, take a taxi, or go by ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) to where you need to go. There may be potential for normal city noise as the complex is located downtown. There are security cameras on the exterior of the property but not inside the unit. Electricity is included for stays fewer than 28 nights. For stays of 28 nights or more, you’ll need to pay for electricity usage from day 1 of your arrival at $5 pesos/KWh consumed. The meter will be checked on the day of your arrival and again on departure. Please be conscientious of what you consume and always turn off lights and the AC before leaving as it consumes the most. We provide a few home/bath essentials, items like toilet paper, soap, shower gel, paper towels, and trash bags to get you started. But any other cooking, cleaning, or bath items you may need are not included. These supplies must be purchased and brought onsite. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. HOUSE RULES - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the unit. The use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No parties/events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their visit. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Pets are not allowed. - Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings. - Pool, and common area regulations, and opening/closing hours must be respected. The use of speakers/musical devices in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food, or coolers are allowed in the pool.
