This is Ruby’s place. It is named after my grandma, Ruby Armetta Flanders. It is not her place nor has she ever been inside however the warmth you feel when you step into the house reminds me of her. Ruby’s place is a 3 bedroom/2 bath farm style beach house. It is walking distance to downtown PSJ and you can see the beautiful bay sunset from the front porch. The house is decorated with a farm/ beach feel. Kind of hard to describe but you will have to see to believe. You have a fully equipped kitchen. There are flat screen TV’s in each room with cable and WIFI. There is a large yard for parking your boat or multiple vehicles. I can be reached by phone or text and also have a local handyman if anything will ever need attention. The neighborhood is a nice quiet neighborhood. You are only 1 block away from a public park and bike trail. You are 6 blocks from downtown PSJ which has shopping and eating establishments. You are only 1 block from the bay and have beautiful sunset views.
