There are dishwasher pods & a few laundry pods for your use. There is shampoo/conditioner & body wash available to use. Enjoy some games for the family and books to enjoy for different interests. The base price includes 2 guests. each additional guest is $25/night. Children under 12 are free, please send a request so I can give this discount. Please don't use more beds than there are guests. This is in an effort to keep unused areas as clean as possible and keep cleaning cost at a minimum. If extra beds are used without a request, additional cleaning fees will be applied. Early check in times can be requsted, but cannot be guaranteed until 24 hours before check in. If the home is ready, I'm happy to let you check in early at no cost. Requesting early check-in when booking does not confirm availability. We could be anywhere in the USA during your stay, but always just a click away. On occasion we will be at a neighboring property in our RV. I will be happy to help with any questions via phone. Our management staff can assist should an emergency arise. The home is a quarter mile up a rural gravel road, surrounded by rolling country side. It is quiet and peaceful. You will likely see deer and other wildlife scurry around. You may even see a cow on neighboring farms. There is no hunting on the property, but it's a great spot for those who like to be away from it all. During snowy or icy conditions, 4 wheel drive is recommended. When rainy, road may be muddy. In this country setting there is always the possibility of an occasional tiny visitor, although rare. Keep doors closed, and food cleaned up to limit attracting anything. The home is checked between guests. Sighting a tiny critter is not a valid reason for refunding your stay. If you enjoy a country drive there are a lot of beautiful places you can venture to including O.O. McIntyre/Raccoon Creek Park, which is about 10 minutes away. Gallipolis is a 15 minute drive and features several local restaurants, a city park where you can stroll & take a walk along side the Ohio River, and a genuine "hometown" feel. The University of Rio Grande & Bob Evans Farm are about 20 minutes away. Point Pleasant is 25 minutes away. Hocking Hills is 1.5 hours away. Dogs stay free, but must be disclosed upon booking. A pet cleaning fee may apply if pet rules aren't followed. 🚫NO cats due to severe allergy. No huge list of chores upon checkout! All we ask is for you to wash your dishes, gather towels, pick up & take out your trash, double check for belongings and lock the doors! Leave the beds, floors and the rest to us! Security cameras monitor the front and side doors to protect the property. They are on and recording 24/7. There are no cameras in private areas. Do not tamper with these or you will be immediately removed. The syncing device is behind the TV, but doesn’t monitor anything inside. Please read over ALL the house rules and info listed here. By booking you agree to all of them! Any stay longer than a month MAY require a cleaning and fee of $75 for every 2 weeks staying. I will request it on site.
