The guest house is in a great location. 5 miles from Taos Plaza and 19 miles from Taos Ski Valley. Skiers don't have to drive through town to get there. The new guest house has all appliances plus a hot tub, gas grill, dish network, wifi, in a great neighborhood. About the sleeping quarters. The bedroom has a queen size bed. In the guest house you would always have privacy. If help is needed I live in the house next door. The guests should feel free to call if they need info or help. Private road. Very safe.
