It is located in a seaside relaxing resort in a gated secluded community, peaceful and quiet, but not far from downtown. (about 6 to 10 miles from any tourist point. The home has 2 queen size bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and two sofa bed in the common space. There is a fully equipped kitchen. It has washer and dryer. There is a TV in the common space. You may finish your day with wonderful views in the nice rooftop area the house has a beautiful private swimming pool. Casa Figueroa is located in a nice secluded resort by the beach. The home is located about 500-800 mts from the common spaces (gym, bar, restaurant, beach, and the swimming pool (10 mins walking distance or 2-3 mins driving)There is plenty of space for parking. At Laguna Shores, the tides fluctuate from very low to high, depending upon the moon phases. You'll see the highest tides around the full or new moon. Laguna Shores is kind of a nice bay, that allows you to walk in the water for over a mile even during high tides Laguna Shores Resort has a beautiful location in between the desert and the ocean, which gives you wonderful views either at dawn or at dusk. It is a family-oriented resort, sit in a secluded area. All year long there are high and low tides per day. the highest tides are around the new moon and the full moon, when you can enjoy activities such as kayaking. Since we are set back in a bay, you can walk in the water a while even during high tides and the young ones, may play in the puddles and pick up shells and see little crabs, It is wonderful natural scenery to enjoy. During the low tide period when the sea is far from the beach, you can walk on the sand to see all the different shells and sea creatures. Since the resort is located in a secluded area, you will find plenty of space to park. There is a convenient store at the entrance of the resort. Puerto Penasco is by the Sea of Cortez. It is located between the desert and the sea. Because of its location, you will have to take some precautions to prevent cumbersome situations with insects, such as ants and mosquitoes. ie keep the food away and the doors closed. Please be aware that during the night coyotes roaming around, looking for food. Please use the container to put the trash in.
