This first floor condo is within walking distance of amazing dining and groceries/drug stores. It's just a short distance to other fun attractions like John’s Pass Boardwalk/shops. This gated beach condo has been remodeled with new upgrades and is located in Madeira Beach near John's Pass. The two bedrooms are large with comfortable beds for the family to enjoy. Three smart TVs provide access to streaming your own apps or click on the You Tube TV app to have access to over 70 channels (including all major networks) to watch. All necessities are within one/two blocks away; meaning the beach, grocery store, library, post office, restaurants and a recreation area with ball fields and basketball & tennis courts. Please book 15 days prior to arrival to make your stay as smooth as possible. This rental offers 2 heated pools, gym, jacuzzi, & fishing piers. Across from ROC Park tennis courts, basketball, kids splash park, & walking trails. Winn-Dixie grocery, CVS, restaurants and bars in walking distance.
