This is a very high end, lovely condo on the third floor of Pelican Beach in San Carlos, Sonora Mexico. A great home with lovely furnishings and everything you could want for a weeks vacation in paradise, or a month or a year. It is on a six mile long beach for those long walks, but close enough to downtown that you can walk to restaurants, grocery stores and only a couple blocks from a great gym. The views from the balcony and master bedroom will take your breath away as you watch dolphins. Three bedroom, two and a half bath with lovely tile and granite surfaces throughout. It has high ceilings a wall of windows to the sea/beach that open to make a totally open space to the wonderful beach and sea views. It could not be any grander! You will have the entire condo to yourselves and the beach. Always available if needed, but will not interact with guests unless requested. This condo complex is a five story building with three condos on each floor, for a total of 15 condos. You have a gated parking area with a 24 hr guard, and a large back deck that adjoins a small hotel to our East. There are five good restaurants within easy walking distance from the condo, as well as a gym and a Circle K. The best feature is the six mile long sandy beach with very few people on it. Come and enjoy. There is a bus stop that is a block away. The bus runs every 15 minutes and goes to most areas of San Carlos and to Guaymas. There is taxi service in San Carlos also. The pool that you see in the photo belongs to the hotel that is next door. We have had a long standing agreement for us to use it also, but the new manager is not honoring that agreement. We have a large private pool about 1/4 mile from the condo that our guests can use, but most choose to swim in the ocean and enjoy the beach.
