We are close to Puerto Nuevo and downtown Rosarito. Ensenada and Tijuana are about 25 min. away. Public and private transportation, wine tours, and other attractions, leave from our development. The ocean view and waves will sooth you, and you can also enjoy events, outdoor activities, amazing food, live music and night life. We have an elegant four story home in a highly desired serene gated community with 24/7 security in a great location. The Casita Blue Room is located in the courtyard, as you exit the first floor of our home. It is one of two casitas in the court yard. It is private and newly decorated. It has a full bath, closet, mini fridge, Keurig, cable tv, and wifi. The courtyard is newly decorated with a fountain and lighting for your use. There's also a terrace on the 4th floor with an amazing ocean and coastline view. We are close to markets, casual and elegant dining, great seafood, live music, Mexican artisans, shopping and lots more. You will have access to the newly decorated courtyard and 4th floor outdoor terrace that has a spectacular view of the ocean and coastline, area for lounging or catching up with family and friends, mini fridge, BBQ, and restroom for your convenience. You can enjoy the view during the day or see the city lights at night. We are there most of the time. You can also reach us by cell, text, or email. We are in a highly desirable gated community. There is 24/7 security and parking available. Walking distance to the beach and driving distance to other public beaches. Our home is located close to entrance and guard station. Although we are in Primo Tapia, we are 3 miles from Rosarito. We are near Sand Dunes (Los Arenales), fine or casual dining, shopping, fishing, golfing, and lots more. Public transportation stops here. There's also UBER, public taxi's, private limousine service and wine tours that depart from our home. Although people drive carefully and are courteous in Mexico, we recommend purchasing auto insurance during your stay. It's very reasonable. There are 2 additional bedrooms available that each sleep 2 for a total of 6 guests. One is next to this casita, Casita Blue Room, and the other is inside the house on the first floor, the Panama Room.
