Please Read***Our Beach House is great for families & those young at heart. We have 3 separate units in a triplex for you to choose from. We are just across the street from the beach (324 feet to be exact!) Rent 1 unit or ALL 3 for a special event and sleep up to 22 people! No pets allowed. This listing is for the 4BD/2BA unit #1 NOTE: The safety and security of our Guests and Team Members has always been our priority. We are taking additional precautionary measures to ensure our facilities are maintained to the highest standards and to do our part in reducing the spread of coronavirus. Minimum age to rent is 25 years and must be present throughout the rental. No Pets Allowed. Noise ordinance is strictly enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM. Unit 1 is a 4 bedroom 2 bath apartment with nearly 2000sqft of space. The master bedroom has a king size bed, second bedroom has a full size bed, third bedroom has a king size bed, bonus room has bunk beds with full size mattresses on both top and bottom. We have complimentary beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach towels for use during your stay as well as an outdoor electric grill. A high chair and pack and play are also available. Entire Apartment, Private patio A few days before your stay please review and understand the House Rules and contact me for any questions you may have, which will include the six digit keyless entry code. I will be available via email, call, or text. Madeira Beach Tucked away close by, Madeira Beach is the center of the Beach activity. Nearby activities include fishing, sailing, kayaking, biking, shopping, parasailing, jet skiing, boat rentals and fine dining. It’s a very short easy walk ( just across the street) to the beach. Great location just 1.5 blocks to Johns Pass. Beach trolley stops nearly in front of the house. You can park at the house and ride just about any where you want to go on the beaches for a small fee. Passes can be purchases at different locations on the beaches. You can park your car under the house and ride the beach trolley located just in front of the house, you can pay per ride or buy bus passes for the beach trolley available for purchase at local stores. You can take Uber, Lyft, or use one of the free rides advertised up and down the beaches. Possible Road noise
