This is a fractional ownership - we get 8 weeks per year 3 winter weeks - January 28- February 18, 2024 1 Spring week, May 5-12, 2024 3 Summer weeks- June 16 - July 7, 2024 1 Fall week - September 29 - October 6, 2024 The calendar dates change yearly. Access to entire 2 bedroom/2 bath unit 4, A & B I'm not onsite, there's an onsite office manager for check in. The office is offering contactless check in and the cleaning staff is adhering to all CDC guidelines for COVID-19. If you arrive after hours, the office will leave keys in an envelope for late check in. Red River is a charming little town, no red lights, no corporate America, with beautiful atmosphere, climate, and hometown appeal with local family owned restaurants and businesses. Red River is the greatest mountain retreat! There's free public transportation provided by the city of Red River, just call for pick up. There's an onsite laundry room right next door to the unit. The condo has a patio with chairs for enjoying the pond, the stunning view, and the deer and ducks. There’s a new covered fish cleaning station. The kitchen must be left with dishes either loaded and ran in dishwasher, or hand washed & left on counter to dry. Housekeeping will put dishes away upon your departure. Unit has a newer Keurig coffee maker. Just bring food, coffee, toiletries, etc.
