Welcome to Willard Park - a fully renovated, spacious 6 bed, 4bath downtown home just minutes from everything! Tastefully decorated and very clean home that's perfect for gathering with family, friends, or co-workers. Located near the desirable Holy Cross neighborhood, 5 minutes from downtown, Fountain Square, Irvington, and Windsor Park. Only a two-minute walk to the Neidhammer Event Center and Ash&Elm Cider Company. The area is transitional with rehabbed homes next to vacant homes. We thought of everything you could need for a great stay in Indianapolis. From beautiful decor to plush mattresses, you will be staying in comfort while visiting our great city. This home is set up as two townhouses with a shared door that we will open during your stay. This means you'll have two kitchens, two dining rooms, and two living rooms. LOTS of living space for your group!! The spaces are attached in the center of the main level which lends to natural flow between the two units. The upgraded kitchens are equipped with all the cooking essentials including some basic cooking oils and spices. Our bathrooms have towels for each guest and some other essentials like shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, and make-up remover towels. All bedrooms are located upstairs along with one full bathroom, per side. There's one full bathroom on the first floor with a walk in shower, per side. While we’re child friendly, we are not child-proofed. We do provide a baby gate for the stairs and have a pack n play. We have a No Smoking/Vaping and No Parties policy. We are pet friendly for approved pets that are well-behaved and house broken. We charge a one time fee of $150 for the first pet and $75 for each additional approved pet. We charge a $200 fee for specialized cleaning if any of these policies are disregarded. This home is set up as two townhouses with a shared door that we will be open during your stay. You will have the entire back parking lot during your stay which can accommodate four cars. Please, do not park box trucks or taller than normal vehicles in the back lot. There's also free street parking out front. You'll have complete privacy during your stay. Upon booking, we'll provide you with a unique access code that works on on both front and back doors. We give you complete privacy during your stay to fully enjoy your time. However, we love hosting guests in our city! We’re happy to provide recommendations and get you acquainted with the area. We're located in a transitional area which means there are new rehabs happening on every street! Our neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves. There is plenty of free street parking out front. You will have access to our full parking lot which fits four cars (access through the alley way).
