Centrally-located in Waikiki, we offer a comfortable, furnished and air conditioned 1 BR, 1 BA condominium on the ocean side of the 14th flr, just a few minutes from famous Waikiki Beach. We renovated the entire suite with new cabinets, counters, appliances, and furnishings in the last 10 years. High speed wifi and one parking stall included, and 6 guest parking. The pool and hot tub deck facility renovations have been completed, as well as the entire building spalling repairs and improvements. Our condo is spacious and includes a full kitchen complete with cookware, dishware, coffee-maker, blender, microhood, and dishwasher. The bedroom and bath comes complete with linens and towels; and we have provided extras for the beach including beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, mats, coolers, and boogie boards to help minimize your packing, shopping, or renting. The lanai has a table and seating with ocean and Waikiki views for lounging after long days of activities. Remaining balance is due 14 days prior to check-in or 1st of the month, whichever is sooner.
