Our 2 bedroom 2.5 bath home is perfect for anyone traveling to the Beaver Lake, Bentonville, Rogers, or Fayetteville area. The location is one mile from Prairie Creek Marina and 5 miles from Rogers. You will enjoy the high-quality flooring, balconies, décor, fire pit, & especially the view! Sleeping arrangements are extremely comfortable. We have 230+ reviews as social proof! There are two homes on the parcel and you will be renting one of the homes. The home has plenty of room to incorporate remote work or a staycation. We have plenty of driveway space to accommodate toys (bikes, boats, kayaks, etc.); you are welcome to include your needs in your booking message. You have access to an entire half of the duplex. It is set up as a full home. You have 2 balconies, a porch, a private entrance, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and a smart TV with cable in the living room upstairs. The 2 bedrooms are downstairs. You will be provided a code just before you arrive and enter through a coded bolt lock on the door. There is no access to the garage and the garage does not have direct access to the home. As you can read in the reviews, guests are always happy staying here! The driveway and back yard are shared with our family pets and other guests; all are friendly! The neighborhood is a quaint country area, very safe, and a perfect lake town. The location is right around the corner from Beaver Lake Marina, just 5 miles from downtown Rogers, and less than 8 miles from downtown Bentonville. Also a short drive to Fayetteville and Eureka Springs. Plenty of outdoor activities to fit your activity desires. Sleeping arrangements were designed with comfort in mind; the king and queen mattresses are pillow-top mattresses. The pull out couch is new trampoline framework and comes with an option of adding a 3in memory foam topper. There is no smoking inside the home. If you smoke outside, ensure the ashes and butts are removed from the property.
