Adorable beachy fully furnished 200 sq/ft efficiency located minutes from I-75. Convieniently located near all the attractions or events you may be interested in. Minutes to the Benderson Rowing facility, 10 minutes to Ed Smith stadium, and all the beaches! The studio has private parking, access to a beautiful shared pool and a short drive to the beach. It has a quaint kitchen, table for 4, 2 beds, and a ton of storage. The apartment also has a private bathroom, cable, internet, and a cozy feel! Our goal is for you to be able to kick back, relax, and enjoy all the sights and activities Sarasota has to offer. Feel at home with fully loaded kitchen with all the amenities you would need, quartz countertops and a beautifully renovated space. There is a day bed that extends to a King size bed, and the couch turns into a double bed. Beach amenities such as, chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler, and toys will be available at your disposal. There is a HEPA air filter that is next to couch that runs constantly for your convenience! NO SMOKING is permitted on the premises please. There will be an extra fee if furnishing need to be cleaned due to smoke smell. Pool*** The pool is HEATED! yay! We do still cover it on colder nights mainly during the winter to maintain the temperature but always feel free to contact us. We do live on the same property and have 2 wonderful kids! :-) That being said sometimes there may be toys in the yard or around the pool area. We are a fun having family so sometimes things may not be perfect :-) Feel free to join us at the pool if we are out there, or any other questions you may have please contact us as we are always more than willing to work with our guests when life happens! When you arrive pull down the gravel paved driveway right up to the fence that leads to your private entrance right next to the gate to the pool. There is space for multiple cars, or a trailer if you are traveling with a boat. Download the "Lockly" app onto your phone and you will receive an EKEY that will allow you to open the door with your phone or with a 6 digit code that is valid for the duration of your stay! The studio apartment is on the back of the main house where we live. There is no access from the apartment to the main house but we are here as needed.
