It has a completely fenced-in yard with a large covered patio. One dog is welcome. There is no pet fee. This house is located right across a quiet street from the beach access. The home is very sunny with lots of light. You have a spectacular view of the ocean, sunrises, and sunsets from the upstairs deck, which you are welcome to use. The home is equipped with a fully stocked new kitchen with all new appliances. The master has a queen bed and flat screen TV, the second bedroom has two single beds. The living room has a comfortable new couch, chair, and flat-screen TV. Outdoors, there is wonderful shower when you come from the beach, and a hose to wash sand off your feet. You will have the entire downstairs apartment with a separate entrance. The large slate patio is for your use only. There is a privacy fence around the whole property. You will have use of the backyard and a front patio with a swing. You may also use the deck upstairs to see the amazing ocean views, sunrises and sunsets. There is off-street parking for two cars in front of the house. When you come in from the beach, please rinse the sand off your feet with the hose on the side of the house before entering the house. The apartment is fully furnished with towels, linens, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, shampoo and conditioner, laundry detergent, and dishwasher detergent.
