Relax with the Cozy gas fireplace or on the deck that soars up into tree level and being up with the birds and you’ll love our little “roost” getaway for two in a very quiet and private location on dead end street with little traffic. Spacious and open floor plan Back yard fire pit with Adirondack chairs. Upstairs deck also has Adirondack chairs. Though we love children and pets, ONLY Bookings with up to two Adults allowed. You’ll have the entire place to yourself... However GARAGE is NOT part of the rental and is off limits to guests There is no AC! We live at 8500 feet in altitude. AC normally not needed. At night opening windows and putting on the window fan suffices Spacious one bedroom with large bathroom and living area. Plenty of room to walk with ample space around furniture. Full sized kitchen. Built in gas fireplace. Very quiet road with only traffic from neighbors. Not a through street. Plenty of mature trees for privacy. Enjoy a short walk to Wilson lake and watch the geese and ducks. No public transportation. There is a set of stairs to the “roost” Upstairs has a nice sized deck with chairs for two to enjoy the outdoors. If you so feel inclined there is also a fire pit with additional seating. Treed Property for seclusion yet minutes to town with a few restaurants. State and national forests only minutes drive away! This area is known for abundant wildlife viewing. Deer, birds, Elk and even bear visit the area. We ask all guests staying at the “roost” to keep their trash inside. If you generate more than you can leave inside just call me and I’ll come pick it up and bring it to the offsite trash dumpsters. Don’t leave any food or snacks in your vehicles or outside. Note: for guests staying more than one week I suggest me coming by weekly to get your trash and drop off fresh linens.
