I'm offering a beautiful fully furnished two bedroom, two bath condo at the WorldMark Resort in Windsor, in the heart of the Russian River valley and wine country, home to dozens of wineries in the region. Adjacent to the Windsor Golf Club and close to shopping and restaurants. Please note that some resort amenities may be closed due to Covid. Also please inquire regarding additional dates not listed on my calendar. I might still be able to book them for you. You will find a private bathroom off the master bedroom, along with another bathroom in the unit available for guests staying in the second bedroom or the living area, which features a deluxe Murphy bed. The full kitchen is complete with stove and oven, full fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, cookware, dishes, glasses, cups, and even some spices. The dining area will accommodate up to six people at the table. There is a TV in both bedrooms and the living area, and a private deck or patio with a gas barbecue grill accessible off the living area. The resort also offers movies on DVD available for rent at the front desk. You will have exclusive use of the entire two bedroom condo while staying at the resort. Additionally, the resort has two pools, three jacuzzis, tennis courts, a fitness center and recreation room, as well as a business center, which are available for general guest use. Although I am happy to answer any questions you might have by email, text or phone, I will not be on site. However, the very helpful front desk and concierge staff in the guest check-in center will be very happy to assist you in any way they can. The Russian River Valley is a wine-lover's paradise, with dozens of wineries in the region, as well as the Windsor Golf Course right next door. For fans of the long-running Peanuts comic strip, the Charles M. Schulz Museum is just seven miles away in Santa Rosa. A bit further afield is the Safari West Wildlife Preserve, and the beautiful and serene Armstrong Redwoods State Reserve. Great shopping opportunities and fine dining spots abound in the area. There is ample parking throughout the resort, as well as street parking behind the resort, across from the golf course. The Resort will collect a REFUNDABLE $250 security deposit on your credit card upon check-in. The deposit will be promptly returned, assuming that there are no major issues upon check-out.
