The second master features two TwinXL beds (new) that can be combined to make a King and a private ensuite bath. The home also has a sleeper sofa allowing for groups of up to 6 people. We also include a pack and play for families with young children and can provide additional ones if families have more than one infant. The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, living room, and large lanai with outdoor kitchen. The indoor dining room table and lanai outdoor table, seat a total of 8 plus there is a large counter. Relax and enjoy watching your sports team or a movie with the kids after a fun day at the beach on the large 65" 4K TV. A car is advised to get out and explore the Big Island and all its adventures and diverse landscape. After your booking is accepted on Airbnb you will receive a copy of our home use agreement. We require this to be signed and returned in order to confirm your booking. IMPORTANT: Although the Homeowner Association (HOA) schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. Guests are reminded to keep lanai/patio doors closed especially at night. If our guest spots more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
