FAMILIES ONLY. Our beautiful home is located across from Silver Lake in the family-friendly north end of Belmar. It is two blocks from the beach and one block from a brand new playground. It is walking distance to restaurants/shops on Main Street and NJ Transit trains . We do not rent to groups and have a minimum age requirement. Our house has five spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a separate living room, dining room, eat-in kitchen and sunroom. The house has central air, hardwood floors, ceiling fans, an outdoor shower and a pack and play for babies. The large backyard is perfect for grilling and playing. Stroll around Silver Lake or the Belmar Boardwalk. We provide linens, 4 beach badges, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, toys and a baby tent. There are also 2 adult bicycles and 2 children's bicycles available for your use. Wireless internet and two televisions are also provided. Guests have access to the entire house. Guests can call, email and text us when needed. The North side of Belmar is quiet and family friendly. Our house looks out on Silver Lake with its walking paths and brand new playground. Guests can walk to a number of restaurants, bars, ice cream shops and exercise studios on Ocean Avenue or Main Street. There are open air Friday night concerts in the center of town and opportunities for surfing, paddle boarding and fishing. Children's movies are shown every Saturday at the Beach two blocks away. You can bike to Asbury Park and a short drive will bring you to Jenkinson's Amusement Park and Aquarium in Point Pleasant or Six Flags in Jackson. Whole Foods is a 10 minute drive and FreshDirect delivers to Belmar. The driveway has parking for up to three cars and street parking is available. The house is a 10 minute walk from the New Jersey Transit train station to/from New York and Newark Airport. No group rentals. No pets. No smoking. Minimum rental period of 7 days during the peak summer season (Late June to Labor Day). 4 day minimum during May and September.
