Our stylish, spacious, private and inclusive space is set in a wooded landscape 6.5 miles from the Biltmore entrance, minutes from downtown Asheville, miles of hiking, the Blue Ridge Parkway, art galleries-restaurants, breweries. Living room with 50”TV, cable, dining area, bedroom with desk/sitting area. Light floods through large windows and French doors overlooking beautiful nature. Well-behaved dogs are welcome and cherished. The modern and private guest suite was completed in 2020 and is continually updated. The suite is connected to our home on it’s own level with abundant sound proofing. Guests enjoy their own private outside entrance, patio with outdoor furniture, private parking and private walkway. The entire space including the parking and walkway are on one level. The property is wooded, peaceful and serene outside of the traffic and noise of the city in a rural area with a fenced-in dog play area. There are stone steps to the fenced in dog play area and plenty of other areas to walk your pup if you have one or two. The parking, walkway and steps to the dog trot are all illuminated in the evening. Coffee/light refreshments and snacks included. We love to meet new people and share local tips and at the same time completely respect your privacy. Easy access to I-40 The entire suite is yours to enjoy as is all of the outdoor property. Enjoy socializing and interacting if guests do as well. At the same time, completely respect your privacy. Always available via cell or text Rural, mountain area.
