The second floor has 3 bedrooms and a full bath. Please note that the large master bedroom is accessed through this common bathroom. This house also has an enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower for rinsing off after a fun day at the beach. Window a/c units in all three upstairs bedrooms and one in the living room. Pass for access to the association pond and tennis courts can be purchased upon arrival for $25/week.
