Lucky Beach is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath getaway located on the quieter, North Beach area of Tybee. The home is bright, cheery and comfortable, decorated with hand-crafted pieces of art and tropical colors.There is plenty of space to gather together and you will also find several areas throughout the house where you can have some private time reading or just relaxing. Enter the home on the first level through the library. For your enjoyment there are bookcases crammed with books, and a comfy couch. There are maps and information with suggestions for places to visit on Tybee and nearby Savannah and some of our favorite restaurants on the desk. Please sign the guest book and leave comments and suggestions! There is also a laundry room on this level with a washer, dryer, an extra refrigerator, high chair and bed rail for your little ones. If you walk around to the back of the house on the left side, you’ll find our outdoor shower room. There’s a sink to rinse out your suits and even a clothes line to hang them on. Walk up the stairs to the main level into a large living room with plenty of seating and a large screen Smart TV. There is a wet bar with beverage refrigerator tucked into the corner where you can peek into the kitchen. You can walk out to the expansive front screened-in porch that has plenty of seating, dining table and puzzle table - a great place to watch the world go by or glimpse the fabulous sunsets. The fully equipped kitchen has all the amenities any chef will enjoy using - stand mixer, blender and plenty of pots, pans and utensils. Off the kitchen you’ll find a lovely sunroom with a large dining table, additional seating, a coffee station and another Smart TV. There are two bedrooms on this level, one with a king bed and can accommodate a portable crib, stored under bed (bring your own sheets for crib). This bedroom has sliding doors out to the front porch. The cozy, smaller bedroom has a queen sized bed in it. The bathroom on this level has a double vanity sink with a large soaking tub/shower. If you take the funky, hand-painted stairs to the top level there is room with two queen beds that are private from one another, a relaxing seating area, a long upholstered bench perfect for some quiet reading or playing games. Up here you’ll find a wall of jigsaw puzzles and games for all ages. You can walk through this bedroom to another sun-filled bedroom with a king bed, another TV and a seating area. There is a fully renovated bathroom with spacious shower on this level. On the ground level there is a cozy seating area and picnic table. There is also a basketball hoop (bring your own ball) and a mini hoop for your little ones, and a toddler gym set. The house is set up for a family to enjoy! The beach is a short two to three minute stroll from the front door and has beach chairs and umbrella’s available for rent. The North Beach location leaves you close to restaurants, the Marine Science Center and the Tybee Island Lighthouse Parking is for a MAXIMUM of 5 cars at this home, and there is no parking allowed on the grass. A Ring camera, located outside on driveway records outside activity and checks occupancy. Possession of Firearms is prohibited on this property. No events with a higher number of guests than the occupancy of the house (10) are permitted and there is a minimum age requirement of 30 for renters.
