We absolutely love downtown Knoxville and are excited for you to experience it for the first time or help you enjoy it like you've never enjoyed it before! Our favorite restaurants in the city are located right outside our loft and can all be reached by crossing the street or taking a leisurely stroll. Knoxville's charm is on every side of you starting in the Old City and stretching to Market Square and beyond! We provide one parking pass in a designated lot across the street from the lofts. Although, if there are more vehicles, there is free public parking on the weekends and after 6PM on weekdays. Uber and Lyft are both utilized frequently in this area. In addition, Knoxville downtown/campus areas are serviced by electric scooters if you are up for an adventure! - Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am. - For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay. - There will be a $50 charge if the parking pass is lost or taken. **Please note: There are public paid Electric Vehicle chargers throughout downtown Knoxville, and there is not a free one available at the property. We recommend searching for close by charging stations, such as at Promenade Garage at 401 State St, Knoxville, TN 37902, USA. **Please NOTE: There may be construction projects at any given moment due to the urban setting.
