The space The home features 2 bedrooms plus a sofa bed in the living room, 1 bath and 10 inch thick walls that allow air-conditioners in each bedroom and the living room to cool the space easily. Note: the kitchen and dining room are not air-conditioned but large Dutch doors, ceiling fans and windows keep the space cool. A front porch and large back patio provide plenty of options to relax.
