Newly renovated studio in Waikiki with a beautiful view of Ala Wai Canal. Very conveniently located near Ala Moana Center (mall), Kahanamoku Beach (half a mile away), and downtown Waikiki. The unit has a split king size bed which can be converted to two twin-XL sized beds up on request. There is also an ottoman that can be converted into a comfortable small sized bed. Please contact Nobu for assistance on expanding the ottoman and providing more sheets prior to your arrival. Enjoy your stay! 240sqft unit located in the Hawaiian Monarch. Guest has all access to building amenities except for the front desk service, and maid service. The Hawaiian Monarch is at the entrance of Waikiki. Close to Ala Moana, and the center of Waikiki. Very convenient to local and outstanding dining. The beautiful beaches of Waikiki, Hawaii Convention Center, Fort DeRussy, Ala Moana Shopping Center,... are all in easy walking distance! Bus stop is only a few minutes away. Uber and Lyft are easy to hire. Concierge/activity booth and Smart Cars rental are on the premises. If you rent from 808 Smart cars you can get discounted parking. Other rental companies, scooters and bikes are nearby within minutes of walking distance. Parking along the Ala Wai Canal (right behind the building) is free but a space may be hard to find. Building garage parking is CASH ONLY at rate of $35-$40/per 24 hours. Parking in the building is $45/day, or $40/day if you get multiple days together. There is a one time $5 fee for the Gym usage. Unit is a private unit, so there is no maid service provided. **Exterior spalling and painting has been going on. Construction noise will be on going from M-F 9am-5pm.
