KItchenette, priv, bad, access to pool with ocean view, etc. Villa Los Corales is a new 3 story building and is situated just 5 min. walk from the Sayulita north beach and 10 min. walk to downtown's plaza. Our studios are perfect for couples and single people that like to relax and experience Sayulita. We are glad to be your hosts, Covid free: We are applying all the protocols stablished by the Nayarit Goberment. Our building is a 3 level with 13 beautiful studios. It is totally secure and gated for your safety. You'll be given a code of the entrance gate so you will have the freedom enter as you please. Studio Perico is on the 3rd floor of our building and just a stair away from the rooftop, pool and palapa. It's our smallest studio and doesn't have a balcony, but it's fully equipped and at a great price. All of our guests have full access to our rooftop terrace with pool, palapa and sunbathing area where we have wifi access for our guests. Also a free parking space in our private garage in the basement of the building. We, your hosts, live in the same building and are always happy to interact with our guests and help them with their planning in all we can. We have contact with all kinds of touristic services for a great time in Sayulita. We are on the first hill of the northern part of town. Our location is just perfect. It is a 10 minute walk into downtown and 5 minutes to the north beach. So you can partake of the party in town and beach but then get quickly away to rest in your studio or up on the pool and sundeck. You can walk to most places in town and even some beaches around town. You will not need a car or taxi in town at all. We are just a block away from the Sayulita bus stop for the local PV buses. We can also help you get ground VIP transportation from the airport directly to us. And if you ´d like to take it easy you can rent a golf cart from the local rental. For security reasons we are not allowing guests' visitors without prior registration with us. Any external visitor must pay a fee. Please bring your own beach towels.
