Located downtown, the area is safe and tranquil at night. Building has a doorman 24/7. During the day since we are in the downtown area of the city, it is busy Monday through Saturday afternoon. Close to buses, metrovia (trolley like buses), and plenty of taxis. PARKING: We offer free parking for guests that are lodged in the apartment only, 1 space per apartment. Parking must be reserved by guests through a message at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability, providing name of the driver and vehicle license plate. If you need more parking spots, we can get them for you for a supplement nightly price. We do not offer parking for visitors that lodged guests might have, however, there is free street parking and paid parking as well. Please note that parking building is not located in the same apartment building, but it is 1 minute walking from the entrance of the apartment building to the parking. Please note that the parking building can only admit vehicles that are under 2 meters high (78 inches), 2 meters wide (78 inches), and 4.5 meters long (177 inches). BEDS: The apartment has two twin beds in the bedroom that are joined to make a king size bed to be able to accommodate the different sleeping requirements guests might have. Also we have a roll away bed that we place in the living room when required when we have three guests. Guest can opt for having up to three separate twin beds in the property. We usually have a king size bed set up in the bedroom, so if you require two twins please let us know. HOT WATER: In Guayaquil since it is hot all year round most buildings do not come with installations for hot water, in case of this apartment we have modified it to have hot water in the showers ONLY.
