Ask us for more information. o IMPORTANT: Our home is located 2 hours to San Juan and 25 minutes to Ponce. If you are looking to do tourism in the metro area, such as San Juan, then, in my opinion, this home is too far away for that. o This is our home in the middle of 30 acres of land on a tropical island. So yes there will be lizards, bugs, etc. We thoroughly clean the house before and after each guest however our tropical animals can show up once in a while. o You get to use the pool, of course, at your own risk. The whole top floor of the house is yours to use. o This is a property that requires 24/7 maintenance therefore Camacho & myself live in the bottom floor (basement) in case anything goes wrong, we are here to fix it. We never access the house while you use it but we will be working on the coffee plantation (along with other employees who work the land) during the day. Public transportation is nowhere near our place. There is a supermarket which is a 15 minute drive away, Selectos. We recommend to all our guests to bring all your groceries so you won't have to step out and can enjoy the house to the maximum. o This is a Family Home and a coffee & plantain farm. Camacho and myself live downstairs in the basement (separate entrance and no shared facilities). We are on site to assist 24/7 with any issues you may have as well as to provide daily maintenance to the 30 acres of land. o Pool temperature is kept at 90 degrees Fahrenheit. Jacuzzi flows into pool therefore it’s always warmer than the pool. You may use the pool 24 hours a day, at your own risk. Pool pump runs automatically from 10am to 7pm. o We do have a dog Pancho (10 pounds) who lives downstairs but sometimes wanders around and might visit you. He's super friendly and loves greeting guests! o The ceiling has skylights. If you do not like the light shining in your face early in the morning, please bring a sleeping mask. o Help us protect our wooden floors by not damaging them with sharp objects, stilettos, moving furniture around, etc. o Internet is VERY spotty therefore we cannot guarantee the internet working all the time nor it being great for Netflix, video calls nor teleworking. Therefore, if you need a place with internet, this is not the place. Phone reception does work well though. o We offer a camping area as well in case more than 8 guests would like to join. For an additional fee tents are allowed for additional guests. Ask us for more information. **The camping area is a common area we rent to campers. These campers are not near the property you rent and do not share any spaces with you. Remember we are located on 30 acres of land so there is a section designated exclusively for camping, away from the home. Unless you wander off to the camping area, you will not run into the campers.
