Enjoy morning coffee on a Southern front porch with rocking chairs and a swing. Gather around a fire pit with family and friends in the evening. All just a short walk to city center. Easily walk to Bank of America Stadium and local parks. Located in the city's 3rd Ward neighborhood, which includes Romare Bearden Park and BB&T Ballpark. It's awesome. A charming home in the city. Beautifully furnished and wonderfully decorated. A great loction in the Queen City. You'll be just steps to Bank of America stadium and surrounded by lively pre-game tailgates during football season. It's a short, scenic walk to center city, the baseball stadium, and the Spectrum Center. And if you want to leave uptown and explore other neighborhoods, you're a quick $5 Uber ride to all the other happening areas (Noda, Plaza Midwood, South End, etc). This is a 4 bedroom home and the bed configuration is 1 king bed and 3 queen beds, so the home comfortably sleeps 8 with plenty of privacy.  There are also 2 couches and 2 portable twin mattresses to easily sleep 10-12 guests.  The home also has two full baths and one half bath. There's enough room for 2 cars in the driveway and additional street parking as well (I'll provide a parking permit if needed). The fenced-in backyard is quite - feel free to use the fire pit (wood provided) as it's a great way to relax after a long day. And with a rocking chair porch (and a swing!) you can live like a true Southerner and sip sweet tea while unwinding after a full day of fun. Guests will have free access to WiFi, Keurig coffee, Roku with Netflix, a 55" TV with local HD channels, a gas BBQ grill, washer/dryer, clean fridge, and plenty firewood for the outdoor fire pit as well. I am available to interact as much or as little as you want. I respond to inquiries very quickly, and I love helping guests discover hidden gems and local places. The house is in a walkable area in Uptown's 3rd Ward. Walk to Bank of America Stadium and the city center. The neighborhood is the ballpark district, including Romare Bearden Park and BB&T Ballpark. It's also home to the Carolina Panthers NFL team. The airport is a 10 minute taxi/uber. There is a b-cycle station down the street as well and the light rail is a leisurely 10 minute walk away. You can easily walk to anywhere in uptown. Or a short Uber to all of Charlotte's other happening neighborhoods. Charlotteans refer to downtown as "uptown." This home is located in the heart of the city's lovely 3rd Ward area and is within walking distance to many major venues, nightlife, museums, arenas, and attractions. There is nearby scenic path that goes right past Bank of America Stadium and ends just steps from the BB&T baseball field. Or head a few blocks north on Cedar Street to find the closest B-Cycle station where you can rent a bike for the day.
