When requesting to book you are agreeing to fill out the guest portal questions you will receive from our 3rd party partner, Autohost via Email. This will require you to provide an occupancy and ages of all guests staying, uploading your ID/Driver's License, upload a selfie, and agree to our terms and conditions. Refusal to complete this required step, will result in cancellation of your reservation. Condo is pet friendly - A dog under 25 pounds is allowed at this property for an additional $100 plus tax nonrefundable pet fee. There is also a $10 fee collected by Sandpiper Cove on-site. Current shot records are required at check-in as well. Although Sandpiper Cove allows pets, pets are not allowed on the beach. No beach in Destin/Okaloosa county is pet friendly. This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit is in the beach walk area of Sandpiper Cove. Close to the largest pool and 3 hot tubs. The unit is fully furnished and has a king size bed in the bedroom with a sofa sleeper in the living room. There are also a set of bunk beds off of the hallway. Sleeps 6 comfortably. The beachwalk area of Sandpiper Cove is located at the front of the complex which allows you to walk to the beach in just a few short minutes. Beachwalk units are close to the largest pool, hot tub area, and putting greens at Sandpiper Cove. Sandpiper Cove, a 43 acre resort, has 1100 feet of sugar white beaches that rest against the Gulf of Mexico. Boat dock can be rented for an additional fee. You must check-in at our office located at 842 Highway 98 East, Destin, FL 32541. Check-In is 5 pm. On Saturdays we may experience slight unavoidable delays, we ask for your patience in this regard. On Saturdays, guests will not be allowed to go to the property prior to 5 pm. Complexes will no longer allow guests on site until their unit is ready. We do not guarantee a 5 pm check-in. No refund will be given for check-in's that occur later than 5 pm. We do not allow or guarantee early check-in either. Early check-ins may require an additional fee. Your driver's license or state ID must be presented at time of check-in. Holiday Isle Occupancy includes all guests staying in the unit this includes children under 3. We provide all linens for the unit except beach towels. We supply 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, a trash bag in each trash can and a starter set of dish soap and bar soap. Once those items are used it is up to the guest to purchase more items. Food items will not be left in the condo, this includes salt & pepper. We do not supply paper towels either.
