There is a separate entrance just steps from your door. Stay as private as you wish or visit the pools and sauna. Complete kitchen. Outdoors and very nearby is a fire-pit and grill with a staircase down to the Lake. Couples and young families find this an ideal place to get away. This condominium with full kitchen is the end-unit of the quiet West wing at Chateau LeVeaux. It's open to the Lake and to the woods, overlooking the brook which runs to the Lake. The Main floor is a Great Room with kitchen, dining, and living room with deck and fireplace. It's a small space (~850 square feet) living large. Shared areas in the building might be enjoyed as you wish including swimming pool, hot tub and sauna. And, a game room that kids especially enjoy (foosball, ping pong, pocket pool). The main lobby leads to a large deck with full views. There are backyard firepits, and three staircases which take you to the Lake's ledge rock at the water. The condominium is all yours. I will answer phone calls, texts, and emails as soon as possible. I'll ensure that needed supplies are at hand or accessible. This section of the North Shore of Lake Superior is sparsely populated and located between Tofte and Lutsen. The small city of Grand Marais is 25 miles up the shore. Vehicle parking is in the lot in front of the building, Chateau LeVeaux. Snowmobile and trailer parking is in a lot across Highway 61 about 100 yards away. Snowmobiles are not allowed in the main lot nor should they be driven across the snow-covered lawns protecting septic lines.
