In case you request it, we have an inflatable mattress. We have air conditioning in summer and heating in winter. Two full bathrooms (hot water). Full laundry room (washer,dryer, iron, iron board). Kitchen with all appliances and everything you need to cook (keurig coffee maker, blender, microwave, air fryer, juicer and a citrus juicer, crock pot, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans). The home is in a gated community neighborhood which has private streets. Is located around industrial parks and near the most important shopping centers in the southeast of the city. We thoroughly recommend using maps (GPS) to get here, as signs are not always visibles. Good birria, menudo, tacos and other mexican food you will find very close to the neighborhood. Our home is big, safe, clean, comfortable and with all the amenities to make your stay pleasant. Uber & Lyft, private taxi services that can be requested from your cellphone and if you do not have the applications, we can help you request them and you would make your payments in cash. You should consider which neighborhood could be noisy (from low to moderate) by neighbors' pets (barking dogs) or according to the Tijuana city regulations, local noise (such as parties) is allowed from Monday to Friday until 12 midnight and weekends until 2am. You must also know that the authorized parking is on the inside driveway/garage for one car..if you need to park and extra one,, the outside bench of the house could be use, we kindly ask you do not to obstruct the space of the neighbors to avoid conflicts with them.
