Large picture window in living room allows plenty of sunlight and provides endless opportunities of watching wildlife across the river. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. Private parking space. Lighted path leads you to your patio where entrance has a key code for convenience. Code will be given to you upon booking. Please pull in the driveway and park in the pull-in area on the right. Follow the path on the left side of the garage to your apartment. You can check in anytime after 4:00pm unless arrangements have been made and approved with owner. Please remember check out is by 10:00 unless prior arrangements have been made. We will be most happy to meet our guests upon arrival if possible, but if not, settle in and we will meet you later on. We live in a lovely quiet neighborhood. There is a delicious restaurant next door to the club house. Very easy access to the river if you enjoy fishing or just watching the rafters and fishermen pass by. Fishing, Walking and running trails right from the house are numerous. Just walk two houses to the right of ours and an asphalt path leads you to the river and a path that follows the river towards Aspen. In the winter you can cross country ski for miles on the track which is maintained on our golf course. If you golf, this course will blow you away! Convenient public transportation a short drive away or bring your bicycles and go almost anywhere in the valley on one of our amazing bike paths. Parking is included. There is a pull-in area on the right side of the driveway for you. Aspen and Eagle/Vail airports are both approx 40 minutes away. We have two cruiser bikes you can borrow underneath our deck. Spring Gulch offers free nordic skiing 15 minutes away. Hot SpringsPool and Iron Mtn Hot Springs are both in Glenwood Springs and Avalanche Ranch has a smaller and more intimate setting but reservations are necessary. Sunlight Ski Resort to the west and Aspens four mountains to the east. Both approx. 30 minutes drive. River rafting and fly fishing just out your front door. Numerous bike paths.
