Amenities: We provide fresh linens and towels, as well as basic toiletries that is good for 7 days - the remainder will be provided by your own. Internet and TV: The unit has free high-speed WiFi and a smart TV with local channels. Cleaning: The unit will be cleaned and sanitized before your arrival. Pets: No pets are allowed. A fine of $500 for violation. Smoking: Our property is smoke-free, smoking is not allowed inside or outside the unit. Noise: We ask that guests respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 10 PM. Additional guests: Please let us know in advance if you plan to have additional guests stay overnight, as there may be an additional fee.
