Wishful Thinking is a beautiful island retreat with 3 bedrooms, 2 bath and is located two blocks from the beach. The fenced in backyard offers sun and shade for family games and gatherings. This duplex is located in the middle of the island an easy 5 minute walk to the beach or 5 minute drive to 4 golf courses, putt putt, tennis and restaurants. You can ride your bike on the newly updated bike paths to Driftwood Beach, Historic District or the South End with views of Cumberland Island. The house offers two living spaces; a front living room and a back family room with a wall of sliding glass doors leading to the shared fenced backyard and deck/pergola and garden. You can hear the waves from the backyard as the tide comes in and goes out. All linens and bedding provided. Beach towels are not provided. All new mattresses in each bedroom. The house is yours to enjoy during your stay as well as the backyard. The house is a duplex so you may see our neighbors in the backyard on occasion. I am available by phone or text during your stay. Our property manager lives near by in case you need immediate assistance. The neighborhood is nestled between the beach (Atlantic Ocean) and the Jekyll Island golf courses. It is a beautiful street with mature trees, azalea bushes and easy access to the bike paths. Parking is available on the premises. You can walk or ride your bike anywhere on the island. You can also rent golf carts from Red Bug. All linens and bedding are provided. Additional fee for dogs. Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and sand toys in hall closet.
