This is a unique little boat house that is just a foot off the water on lower South Long Lake it’s about 10 miles south of Brainerd it’s a very beautiful little spot I totally remodeled the tiny little boat house The bathroom is not in the boathouse it’s up a hill about 75 feet away from the boathouse so I have to stress that if you have mobility issues this is not the property for you the bathrooms up a slight hill so please be aware of that The boathouse is about 12 feet wide and 20 feet long it’s right on the water in the restroom or I should say bathroom and shower is 75 feet away up the hill it is a unique little property but like I said if you have mobility issues this is not the property for you My lot on Lower South Long Lake is 50 feet wide at the front part of the lake you have access to all 50 feet there is a dock that is there for your access it’s not a very large property but I’ve had over 200 people stay here and if you look at the reviews everybody was very happy with this property I do everything I can to make your stay as comfortable as possible I live right on the property in my house right next to the boat house so I’m right here to assist with any issues that you might have or anything that could help your stay the more enjoyable I have lawn chairs even have a grill if that’s what you desire I do have neighbors right next-door get along great with them they have lots of company too so it’s just a fun atmosphere There’s a great road to go for a walk on it’s out in the country only 10 miles from Brainerd where you have all the major stores Costco Walmart target everything you need just 10 miles away there is also a couple of restaurants close by that are very fun I also provide in the boathouse menus to local bar restaurants that are close by Oaklawn Tavern Green Lantern bar and Paradise Shores resort
