Sol Mate is a newly built home with a spacous and fully-appointed kitchen, including stainless steel appliances and dining area. The downstairs also includes a beautiful, bright, and contemporary living room with all the amenities: Stylish, comfortable furniture, flat screen internet-connected tv and space to spread out. The Master bedroom features a very comfortable, king-sized bed and luxury bedding. The master bath features a spa dual-showerhead shower and bath. The second bedroom features a very comfortable queen-sized bed, with a natural latex-pillow topper, for an amazing night's sleep. The third bedroom has a beautiful white, sturdy wooden bunk bed with a very comfortable Queen bed on the bottom and XL Twin bed on top (that can handle up to 160lbs), both with natural latex-pillow toppers. In this room, there is also contemporary, white desk, comfortable desk chair and lamp. You're renting the whole house. Whole kit and kaboodle. The whole enchelada. (please note that kaboodles and enchiladas are metaphorical.) You're right in the heart of Eastsound village. It's easy to stroll everywhere. It's 211 paces to the Grocery Store. You're beside the Wine Store. Across from two wonderful breakfast places and a stroll to the waterfront. It's a 20 minute drive from the Ferry Landing. A taxi from Rosario if you take a float plane. Or a 10 minute walk if you fly to the airstrip. We're right in town, so it's easy to walk to ice cream, wine, shops, breakfast, and the waterfront.
