At Meadow View house, you will enjoy a short 5-minute walk to quiet South Sunken Meadow Beach. Large open living area (air-conditioned) with sliders to an expansive upper deck with views of Cape Cod Bay and the Marsh and Meadow. Three air-conditioned bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. A newly renovated outdoor shower is also available. Family and pet friendly (up to 2 dogs allowed, $150 each). Guests to provide bedsheets/towels. We provide blankets/pillows. Linen rental is available. Bedroom 1 has a queen-size bed and a slider out to the porch. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have two twin beds and one of these bedrooms has a slider out to the porch. Each bedroom has an individual mini-split air conditioner along with baseboard electric heat if needed. Guests to provide bedsheets/towels. We provide blankets/pillows. The expansive deck has dining furniture, sling chairs, and a propane grill with BBQ tools. On the entry level is a large entry closet and a bathroom with shower. Downstairs are the three air-conditioned bedrooms as well as a bathroom with tub/shower and full size washer & dryer. The house is set back from the street surrounded by tall trees which makes for a quiet and private locale and yet there are still views of the bay, meadow, and marsh from the upper deck. The near-private, quiet, and sandy bay beach is just a 5-minute walk. We provide beach chairs, umbrella, fishing rod, boogie boards, and a beach wagon to get all your gear down to the beach. High and middle tide is perfect for swimming in the warmer bayside waters. At low tide you can walk far from the shoreline to explore the tidal pools and marine life. Your Cape Cod Respite Awaits! The house is in the north end of Eastham on the bayside of Cape Cod. Located on a quiet street with a short walk to the beach. Less than two miles away is the Mass Audubon Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary. You can walk there on the beach-side during low tide; or rent a Kayak and you can paddle there. Kayak rental companies will deliver and pickup right to the beach. The Nauset Lighthouse on the National Seashore is 3 miles away. Access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail is 1 mile away. Several nearby rental companies will deliver bikes, which is a great way for the family to see the Cape.
