The community borders National Forest with the East Verde River (fish stocked Apr-Aug) winding through, hiking trails nearby, games, community amenities (playground, basketball and tennis) and more. One King, one Queen, three Twin beds and dedicated office with dual monitors sit/stand desk. The kitchen is well appointed with plates, bowls, cups, utensils, serving dishes, etc I am available to reach via the portal during your stay. If you need anything please don’t hesitate to reach out. This gem of a neighborhood is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the town center and yet only a 15 minute commute to the restaurants and events. This is truly an escape if you are looking for R and R. Guests are asked to honor community quiet hours after 9PM. Walking distance to the East Verde River and fishing there. The community borders the Tonto National Forest. Outdoor fires or fire pits are not allowed due to the proximity to the forest. Mountain views. Hiking nearby. A map of the community, recommendations for activities (hikes, etc.), restaurants, and store locations will be found in the guest book on the welcome table. We have 2 Parking spaces available for guests on the property, unfortunately there is no on street parking permitted. This Property does have two levels. most everything is on the first level. There are 3 beds, TV/living room, and games on the second level. House rules: No Pets- if a pet is brought on the property guest will be charged a $250 fee per animal Community quiet hours after 9PM No outdoor fires Parking limited to two vehicles- no street parking is allowed No Smoking- We are located in a beautiful forested area and want to preserve the beautiful forest, therefore no smoking of any kind is permitted on the property/community.- if smoking occurs anywhere on the property guest will be charged an additional $200 cleaning fee No parties permitted Please do not turn around on the street or neighboring driveways as it causes damage to them- the streets are through streets and will take you back around to the property. This is a wooded area so it is possible to encounter wildlife and critters in their natural habitat. * fire logs are provided for a small fee upon request. Please let us know at time of booking so we can have them available for you at the time of your arrival. Otherwise you are welcome to pick some up on your way in.
