Parking and Shared Spaces • Free parking on the space labeled “207”. • Pool Access from 8AM to 8PM. • Gas Grill and outdoor seating near the pool • Please do not go into any areas that are marked “Private” or “Restricted”. • Please be courteous of shared areas and respectful during quiet times (8PM to 8AM) • Our community consists of only 14 units, so odds are you will be able to have most of the amenities to yourself. We pride ourselves in quick response times. If there is anything you need, feel free to reach out. Location • In the Kona Riviera Villas complex on Ali’i Drive – just south of downtown Kona. • Enjoy the ocean waves and make sure to visit Ali'i Gardens marketplace slightly south of our complex. • Perfect place to enjoy the relaxation of the ocean while also being close enough to the excitement of downtown. Recommendations • To explore everything on Hawai’i Island, we recommend a rental car. Rental options are available in downtown Kona and at the Airport. • Bike shares are available throughout Kona. The closest station is about .5 miles north of the complex. • Kona Trolley has a stop near the Reef Liquor store and Deli. Anticipated schedule can be found by searching for “Kona trolley” online. Things to know • While the complex is ocean front, our unit only has peekaboo views of the ocean. Please keep this in mind while anticipating your trip. • Most Hawai’i homes do not have air conditioning and the bedroom window unit will not cool the entire condo. Opening the windows and running fans is both effective and ecofriendly. • Our unit faces Ali’i drive. There will be traffic noises from the street side of the unit. Please be aware. • We are on the second floor. Stairs are used to access the unit. No elevator is available. • There is a single community pool with no hot tub. The pool is wonderfully maintained with gorgeous views. • New housing construction is underway across the street from our condo. Although your evening and sleeping hours will not be disturbed, we expect loud noises throughout the day. We apologize for the inconvenience during this project. • Some neighboring units allow smoking. We do not. Occasionally you may smell some of the odor during your stay.
