Mahana 301 is a stunning 2-bedroom/2 bath, 3rd floor condo that can accommodate up to 4 guests. The magical Maui winds will keep things cool, but this unit also features central A/C which feels fantastic after a long day in the sun. The open concept layout features tasteful and stylish Hawaiiain inspired decor and furnishings with artwork from all around the world. Relax on the large sectional sofa while watching the impressive flat screen TV, all with ocean and tropical views every way you look. The fully equipped and spacious kitchen has everything you need to make all your meals in house and features gorgeous cabinets and granite countertops. Step inside the serene and tranquil master bedroom featuring a luxurious king size bed, dramatic ocean views with lanai access, a large flat screen TV and an impressive ensuite bathroom offering dual sinks and a large walk in shower. Enjoy a comfortable queen size bed in the second bedroom which also includes an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. Both bathrooms are equipped with a bidet toilet! The Mahana at Ka’anapali is a well-known upscale resort located at the north end of famous Ka’anapali Beach. This resort offers a quiet surrounding, but is close in proximity to the Ka’anapali Resort area and Whalers Village. Enjoy the ocean boardwalk that starts at Mahana Resort, perfect for walking, jogging and taking in the sunset on Ka'anapali Beach. The beach is directly in front of the resort and there is also a heated pool, heated whirlpool spa, tennis court, shuffleboard court, and pickleball court on the property. You also have access to poolside bath houses with showers as well as a BBQ area for guest use. There are no additional resort or parking fees. My Perfect Stays will provide a cooler as well as a complementary set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. We will place one beach towel and beach chair per guest in the condo for your use during your stay, plus a cooler to take to the beach with you. Please note the sand levels at the Mahana Beach can vary depending on the conditions. A larger beach also starts on the south side of the resort and continues for miles! This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company. Complimentary concierge is available to all our guests. Ka'anapali Please note that Airbnb will group the following mandatory, non-refundable fees under their "Cleaning Fee" section. 1) Vacation Rental Damage Waiver plan that will cover unintentional damages to the rental unit interior and will cover up to $1,500 in damages. 2) Processing Fee: Our team is available daily from 9am-5:30pm for general questions or issues that arise, plus we have invested in an after-hours emergency staff. 3) Cleaning Fee: Our condos receive a CDC compliant cleaning and we provide a one-time starter supply of kitchen supplies, dish soap, detergents, toilet paper, paper towels, and Maui-made toiletries at the completion of our deep cleaning. Standard Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. If guest cancels between 7 and 30 days before check-in, they will owe 50% for all nights. If guest cancels less than 7 days before check-in, they will owe 100% for all nights.
