The Yellow Door Beach House is a charming home nestled in the beautiful coastal town of Encinitas. The house has an inviting interior, featuring a fully stocked kitchen, inviting living spaces and comfortable beds to have a sound night sleep. Conveniently close to beaches, downtown, LEGO Land, train stop, Botanical Gardens, Del Mar race track and restaurants. * Outdoor Spaces: The property features an enclosed front yard, with outdoor dinning, a grill, fire-pit, and a children's playhouse. The backyard features another sitting area along with a projector screen. The projector can be found in the master bedroom closet to protect it from the elements. * Beach Gear: We understand the importance of a convenient and enjoyable beach days. That's why we proudly offer an array of beach neceessities so you can pack light. - Beach Bag - Beach Chairs - Beach Towels - Boogie Boards * Interior Space: The Yellow Door Beach House offers a delightful living space that combines comfort, style and functionality. This modern and fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals. From sleek appliances to ample counter space, you'll find it easy to whip up your favorite dish. We offer a clip-on highchair to the island that is available upon request. The living room is designed to be a cozy retreat for relaxation and quality time. Sink in and cozy up with one of our many blankets whether you're watching a movie on the 50in Roku TV, playing a board game, or simply enjoying the ambiance and conversation in a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. * Bedrooms: The Yellow Door Beach House features 3 bedrooms. 1 King size bed and 2 queens. Each room is tastefully decorated and thoughtfully furnished providing blackout curtains for a peaceful night sleep. There is ample closet space and storage to keep your belongings. The third bedroom is found through the utility/laundry room. We have a baby bijou sleeper available upon request. * Utility room and Designated work space: You have full access to laundry while staying at The Yellow Door Beach House. We also offer a dedicated workspace. A portable printer is available upon request. Throughout the living spaces, you'll find attention to details, stylish decor and a bright and airy ambiance. The design elements create a coastal inspired retreat echoing the charm of Encinitas and infusing the space with a sense of tranquility. The thoughtful layout and amenities are meant to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for every guest. We ensure that every moment of your stay is filled with comfort and relaxation. Guest have access to the entire house. We have 2 locked cabinets for housekeeping. One located in the garage, the other in the back shed. Thank you for respecting our housekeepers spaces. In the Laundry room there is a cabinet that has a starter pack of Laundry Detergent. The other side of the cabinet is locked for housekeeping. In the hall closet you will find a broom, mop and vacuum in case you need it. You will also find 2 fold up bar stools for additional seating. The Yellow Door Beach House is located in a quaint family friendly neighborhood situated 5 minutes from the iconic Moonlight beach. The neighborhood offers a beautiful hike with ocean views just a block away. With the homes central location you will find it easy to immurse yourself in all Encinitas has to offer. If you are a golfer you will want to check out Encinitas- Ranch 18 hole golf course just a few mins away. The San Diego Botanical Gardens, the beach and my personal favorite The Leucadia Farmers market on Sundays. The train station is also 1 mile away. You can hop on for a short ride to Carlsbad Village or take it down south and get off in Old Town or all the way downtown San Diego. LEGO Land is also only 20 mins up north in Carlsbad. The Del Mar Race Track is only 20 mins down south. Please park on the right side of the driveway. The Coaster (train) is about .5 miles down Encinitas Blvd. We offer a variety of additional amenities including a mid-stay clean, charcuterie or snack boards, flower arrangements, and special occasions cake.
