The first level of the apartment has one bedroom, the kitchen, family room, and a full bathroom. The second level of the apartment has two bedrooms, a full bathroom, plus an open terrace overlooking the ocean. As you plan what to bring on your upcoming trip, be aware that the unit has the following items: * High Speed WIFI-Internet. It has a king-sized bed, three queen-sized beds, plus a sofabed. The building is located right in the middle of Condado, which is the main tourist section of San Juan. It is where most of the hotels and restaurants are located. We also have a supermarket two blocks south, and both Walgreen’s and CVS are within walking distance. There is also within walking distance many of the hotels, casinos, restaurants, bars and entertainment. I sometimes go 5 or 6 days without using my car. Rules: 1) No smoking inside the apartment. 2) No parties 3) Be mindful that most people in the building have work the next day. 4) Always wear shirts and shoes while inside the building. 5) If you are wet, use the cargo elevator. 6) You can drink alcohol and smoke in the pool area. However, no drinking or eating inside the pool and no glass containers in the pool area. 7) We have a group of manatees that frequently come to eat right behind our building. They come about once every two weeks. If you see them from your balcony, please do not go a try to touch them. They are harmless, however, it is a federal crime to bother them. It is also dangerous for them because we could transmit diseases to them. The same goes during the turtle nesting season. I am sure you would have a great vacation.
