Enjoy this absolutely gorgeous condo, with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, in the Westwood community.  A family oriented resort community, you will enjoy all the amenities of a pool, kiddie pool, tennis court and a private boat slip.  Located in Sandpoint, Westwood is just 2 miles from downtown and has a separated and paved walking / biking trail into town.  Updated furnishings and easy access to all the amenities of Westwood are yours to enjoy -- including private boat slip, pool, and tennis courts.  The master bedroom and 2nd bedroom both have portable air conditioning units.  High-speed WiFi included and available throughout the condo. **Please note that the swimming pool is only available during summertime.  And, each year, on September 18th OR the 3rd Sunday in September (whichever is later), the Army Corps of Engineers begins dropping the water level of Lake Pend Oreille until ultimately reducing it by a total of 10-12 feet.  Around the 4th week in September ALL boat docks and boat lifts on the lake become inaccessible and unusable, as the water completely recedes back from the shoreline leaving just bare ground beneath the docks.  The agreement with the Army Corps of Engineers states the lake level must be restored to full pool level each year no later than July 4th, however, the last 10+ years the lake water has been at full pool level around the 2nd or 3rd week in June.  Vehicles can park in the general parking area - no parking in front of the garage, and no trailers allowed onsite anywhere. Families live here year round and while it`s an ideal vacation spot -- it is also intended to be a quiet and respectful resort community.  No parties, events are allowed and we require a minimum age of renter to be at least 32 years of age.  If you bring a boat, please contact the manager immediately after booking so we can help arrange off-site trailer storage for you, at an additional cost of $100/week.  (Trailer parking is not ever allowed on the premises and Quiet Hours are strictly enforced from 9pm-9am).  Thank you.   You'll receive an email 7 days prior to arrival and a text message 2 days prior to arrival with a Guest Guidebook. Westwood Condomimum has very strict regulations regarding all guest stays.  Absolutely NO pets, no parties/events, with Quiet Hours of 9pm-9am.  No smoking.  To use the boat slip, boat hull number and a copy of insurance is required.  Boat trailers may *NOT* be left at the property even overnight, but we can offer boat trailer storage at an additional cost of $100/week.
