There are local restaurants within walking distance (Perrone's, R Way Pizza, Subway, Domino's, The Fish House, Captain John's Seafood, & Sone Hibachi are all within 2 blocks). The closest beach is .8 of a mile from the house. Without a doubt, the local beaches are the #1 attractions in the area with the most pristine beaches in the world. Local fishing is popular including surf fishing or creek fishing and crabbing off the dock in the back yard. Fishing charters can be scheduled out of the docks in Murrells Inlet about 8 miles north of the house. Fishing licenses and all supplies can be purchased at Pawleys Island Supplies, about 2 miles south on Hwy 17. There are beautiful golf courses within 6 miles including Founder's Club, Heritage, True Blue, Caldonia, & Litchfield Country Club. You can also "Bike the Neck" on the beautiful bike path that goes from Pawleys Island to Murrells Inlet. Local businesses rent bicycles for this activity or to ride on the beach.
