Our home is a one-bedroom (not studio) unit enough for a party of 8 guests with ample space for luggages. We have a complete kitchen with microwave, oven toaster, electric stovetop, electric kettle, fridge, freezer, rice cooker, and basic cooking pots and utensils. There is also a dining table for 4 complete with dining wares and utensils and a living room with a TV equipped with Netflix. Our home is also has a hot and cold shower, a washer-dryer, and fast wifi. Located on the 32nd floor, our home has amazing views of the city and its skyline. Moreover, because it is a corner unit, there is ample daylight and great ventilation in the space. But for those who prefer a cozier feel, there are blackout blinds on all the windows. With two queen-sized beds in the bedroom and an additional airbed in the living room, our home is a great space that can accommodate six (6) people comfortably without having to be cramped on the floor or compromise on luggage space or the lounging area. For those with vehicles, there is also a commercial (not free) parking space available in the same building located in Basement 2. Our unit does not have a balcony which makes it a much safer accommodation for families with young children. For those who want to enjoy the fresh breeze, there are plenty of sky gardens scattered throughout the building located in the 6th, 15th, 21st, and 27th floors which are accessible to all guests and is completely free of charge with no reservations required. There is also a Sky Lounge on the 36th floor which includes a basketball court, badminton court, tennis court, and volleyball court but they need to be reserved well in advance and comes with a fee so please check with me first if you are interested in using any of these amenities. The amenities include a pool complex which has a wading pool, a lounging pool, and a lap pool with amazing views. The complex also has an outdoor rinsing area, a shower area, toilets, and sinks. You can also relax in the Spa Room which includes a massage room, a manicure and pedicure area, a changing room, and a locker room. For fitness enthusiasts, there is a gym equipped with several cardio and weight-lifting machines as well as free weights and stability balls. There is also an aerobics area if you prefer to workout out with your own body weight. A large Yoga Room is also available for people who love to do yoga and it is even equipped with bars on the side for people who do Barre 3 exercises. The amenities also include an indoor and outdoor Play Room for young children and a Game Room for adults which also has its own outdoor area. If you want to host an event or a party, the Function Halls are available to use for a fee. We are located in One Uptown Residence just across the street from the Grand Hyatt Hotel and the newly-opened Mitsukoshi Mall. Behind it is Uptown Mall and Uptown Parade which are home to amazing restaurants like the Michelin-starred, Tim Ho Wan. Uptown Mall also has a cinema, a chapel, a food court, a grocery store, and a 7/11 (24-hour convenience store). For late night cravings, there are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops that are open 24 hours like Denny's, Max's, Chowking, and Starbucks to name a few, all within a 5-minute walk. We are also just a 7-minute walk from Kidzania, 10 minutes from High Street, and 15 minutes from Market Market, SM Aura, and the Mind Museum. If you are looking for a great night life, there are also many superclubs, speakeasies, and hip bars such as Xylo, Yes Please, and Versus Barcade which are just a block away. Our home is 8 kilometers away from NAIA Terminals 3 and 4, and 11 kilometers away from Terminals 1 and 2. It easily accessible from both EDSA and C-5. It is also very easy to hail a cab or book a Grab or Angkas in our area even during odd hours, late at night, or the wee hours of the morning. There are also many bus stops and public transportation available in the area for travel within Metro Manila or outside of it. Check-in is at 3PM and check-out is at 11AM. If you want to request for an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance so we can check if we can accommodate your request. However, we do charge an extra Php335/hr or $6/hr for this, which is payable in cash upon your arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot store your luggages before your indicated check-in time or after your indicated check-out time. Guests have access to all the amenities for FREE except the Game Room (Php5,000 for 3 hours, 50 persons max) and the Function Halls (Php15,000 for 3 hours, 100 persons max each). The Game Room comes with a large flat screen TV but you will have to bring your own gaming consoles. It also has a dartboard and chess table available. While the use of the Yoga Room is free, you will have to bring your own yoga mats. The massage room and the manicure/pedicure area are free of charge as well but you will have to bring in your own massage therapist and nail technician. The Play Room is simply a room for kids to play in. It is not a daycare center and child supervision is required at all times. The amenities are open daily from 6AM to 10PM except the pool which is closed for cleaning on Mondays. If you are interested in using any of the amenities, please let me know ahead of time so I can inform the property admin accordingly.
